Inventory for Sale: crazy low, lower even than it was on January 1st.

Percentage of Listings Accepting Offers: there was a bit of a slow-down at the end of May (Memorial Day)/ beginning of June, but it’s back up to very high levels.

New Listings Coming on Market: not enough new listings coming on market to satisfy buyer demand and it seems to be slowing down for summer.
